Spencer Pitts is the VMware Digital Workspace Chief Technologist for EMEA joining 2007 and brings 25+ years IT experience into the role.

He is responsible for developing and communicating to customers, partners also industry Analysts, the VMware Digital Workspace (Workspace One) strategy and vision. Spencer works predominantly in the area of End User Computing but also works with Peers in VMware on surrounding and complimentary solutions (IOT, SDDC).

Spencer works hand in hand with the End user Computing Office of the CTO as well as the Global VMware office of the CTO helping to bring insight into R&D and organization around real customers’ needs and thinking.

Previously to VMware worked at customers such as GMAC, BNoY Financial Services, in the area of End User Services implementing many projects around Desktop and Application Lifecycle management. Spencer has also worked for other Software companies such as Symantec both in a consultant capacity and Pre-Sales.

Joined Dell back in 1997. Mats has been leading the Nordic Marketing Team for the past 12 Years. Prior to Marketing Mats had various senior Sales Director positions in Sweden such as; Large Corporate Accounts (LCA), Large Commercial Acquisition, Public Segment, Software & Peripherals and Employee Purchase Program.

Since September 2016 is Mats responsible for Dells Client Solutions Sales Team in the Nordics. The Client Team roles and responsibilities: Outside Sales Specialists, Field Marketing Product Managers, Workstation-/”Rugged”, Client Solution Technologists and Cloud Client Compute specialists. Since February 2020 is Mats leading the newly formed Nordic Country Cluster – Sweden & Norway as part of our Central & North Europe (CNE) business segment – same type of specialty resources as the former Nordic Region.

Mats is member of the CNE Senior Management Leadership Team for Client Solutions, Client Solutions Sales Lead in Sweden and member of the Swedish Senior Management Leadership Team (SMT).

Mats is truly passionate about Sustainable Business (CSR) and holds an executive sponsor assignment within the CNE Europe Sales Organization where he works closely with our EMEA & Global CSR Team.

Outside Dell Mats is married with Kristina and have two daughters Alva (19) and Elsa (14). Basketball, canoe, photography and travelling to new existing places around the world are areas of interest and passion.
